From rocking out on Disney Channel to climbing the pop charts, we have truly been gifted the best of both worlds watching Miley Cyrus evolve into the exceptional star she is today! The question is – how does she do it all? How does she keep the infamous Miley personality strong while also slaying the stage? Well, what it all comes down to is her strict workout routine, plant-based diet and supplements. So, let’s hear it, what exactly is on Miley Cyrus’ plate?

For starters, it is no secret that Miley Cyrus dedicates time to building her physique in her pilates studio and cruelty-free meals. We even get a glimpse of her strength and endurance in the popular music video, “Flowers.” Cyrus’ favorite workout of all time is Ashtanga yoga – one of the hardest, most athletic practices of yoga. She finds that Ashtanga yoga not only sculpts her body but benefits her mind too. When she is not practicing yoga, Miley has been a Pilates advocate way before it was cool. She enjoys the core strength and muscle elongating aspects of the workout. Whether it is 30 minutes or two hours, Miley rarely skips a day without a workout. And to do so, she must stay properly fueled.

While Miley’s diet plan has transitioned over the years, she is consistent with keeping it clean. Starting back in 2013, Miley began her journey as a strict vegan. Being the big-time animal lover that she is, Miley decided to switch to the vegan lifestyle with her animals at the forefront of the decision. In 2019, the singer decided to mix things up and incorporate fish into her diet again. “I was vegan for a very long time, and I’ve had to introduce fish and omegas into my life because my brain was not functioning properly,” Miley said.

Although it was a hard feat for her to consume animal products again, it was necessary – “when it comes to my brain… you can’t be vegan and be this quick.” Unfortunately, vitamin and nutrient deficiencies are common with a strict vegan diet, causing brain fog and joint pains. In congruent with her plant-based, dairy-free diet, Miley Cyrus has also quit drinking, doing drugs, and smoking cold-turkey – she is completely clean in all aspects of her diet.

So what does a sample meal look like for our girl Miley? For starters, she loves a smoothie for breakfast – more specifically, a pumpkin pie smoothie. . This TikTok viral smoothie is extremely healthy and delicious, containing spinach, avocado, banana, and you guessed it – pumpkin! Her ideal lunch is a white kale bean salad or avocado sushi rolls. For a snack, it has been reported that Miley will often enjoy a second smoothie – this time, blueberry. And to round out the day, Miley loves to consume a tomato vegetable soup for dinner.

Miley is extremely fit and focused on her health and well-being. She uses food to support her wellness lifestyle and give her the energy to, well, be Miley Cyrus. Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

      ½ cup pumpkin puree

      1 frozen banana

      ½ avocado

      1-2 cups spinach

      Dash of pumpkin pie spice

      Piece of fresh ginger

      ½ cup apple cider

      ½ cup almond butter

      Honey (optional & to add desired sweetness)

      Ice (option & to add desired thickness)

Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until completely smooth. Also, add in the desired amount of honey and ice for sweetness and thickness.
