We’re sure you’ve heard of “Netflix and chill,” but are you ready to Netflix and dine? Netflix is not a new name, being one of the top streaming platforms in the market. But, what may be new for them, is the fact that it’s opening a restaurant pop-up. “Why?” could be a question that pops up in your head, but let us paint you a (very specific) picture:

Remember those fancy cooking shows that have captivated us for years? The impressive close-up shots of perfectly seared steaks, the fiery intensity of the chefs, the mouth-watering plates filled with colors that are served far, far away in a Michelin-star restaurant that you can see only through your screen? This summer, Netflix Bites will be here to bring what you see on screen directly to your table.

Opening its doors by the end of June, California will welcome “Netflix Bites”, a new immersive and tasty experience that promises exclusive one-of-a-kind dining. Allow yourself a change of pace from the fast food Mondays, and easy recipes made at home every other day, with food cooked and served by professional, famous chefs.

Netflix will shine a spotlight on renowned chefs featured in popular Netflix series. Among these esteemed chefs are Curtis Stone (from Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend) and Dominique Crenn (from Chef’s Table and Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend), who will join forces with other beloved Netflix culinary experts like Rodney Scott (from Chef’s Table: BBQ), Ming Tsai (from Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend), Ann Kim (from Chef’s Table: Pizza), Nadiya Hussain (from Nadiya Bakes), Jacques Torres (from Nailed It!), and Andrew Zimmern (from Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend). Just to name a few. (If you haven’t seen them, this might be a good time to do so, you’re missing out).

These high-ranking (and, might I add, Michelin star) chefs will design a unique menu filled with dishes that your taste buds will thank you for until the end of the summer. Indulge in this in-person experience from delicious Netflix documentaries with an array of their delicious menus from entrées to desserts.

But Netflix is well aware that with great food, comes great drinks. So, in addition to these renowned chefs cooking what you’ll want to be your last meal, there will be a special drink menu. The beloved mixologists from Netflix’s popular series “Drink Masters”, are creating and curating custom cocktails specifically for this limited-time pop-up.

Netflix Bites pop-up restaurant showcase will be at your service starting June 30th, at the Short Stories Hotel in Los Angeles located at 115 S. Fairfax Ave. Serving seven days a week, from 5 to 10 p.m. and for the weekends, they’re cranking up the culinary excitement with a brunch extravaganza that will make your mornings a whole lot tastier.
